Socrates Verses, Chief Executive Officer

Socrates is the Chief Executive Officer of Codekko, Inc. Prior to joining the company, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Realeum, Inc., a property management and business integration software company from 2001 - 2008. During this time he successfully raised $40 million in venture capital funds, delivered new products to market, and sold the business in 2008. From 1995 to 2001, Socrates served as President of Technology Enablers, Inc., an e-services company focused on financial services and telecommunications companies. Under his leadership, the company was transitioned from a software sales company to a services company, which increased revenues 30% per year. From 1987 to 1995, he served as a National Account Sales Manager, Director of Integration, and Vice President of Sales for the software division for Recognition Equipment Software. He started his career with IBM where he held various sales and sales management positions. Socrates also holds board positions with Comstock Homes, RGA, MDUTV, Broadband Realty Advisors, and Biorasis.


Dan Bannoura, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Daniel brings more than 15 years of extensive entrepreneurial and IT enterprise experience in developing and implementing software and technology solutions in a wide variety of industries. His last 10 years have been focused in areas of e-commerce, web technology, and telecommunications systems. Most recently, Daniel served as the Director of IT Architecture for Broadwing Communications which was recently acquired by Level 3. Daniel was responsible for migrating and integrating several telecom back office systems to web enabled environments. Prior to Broadwing Communications, he served as the Senior Architect for Verizon's E-Business group responsible for improving system and application performance and availability in a large and complex environment of mainframes, client server applications, and web enabled systems. As the Senior Architect, Daniel was also in charge of managing development efforts for Verizon's primary ordering, billing, and provisioning application used by over 10,000 customer support specialists nationwide. Prior to Verizon, Daniel served as the co-founder and practice leader of DIAWS Systems, Inc., a successful professional services firm specializing in incubating technology solution startups, providing executive management consulting, and fund raising campaigns. Through his contributions, DIAWS built a highly profitable customer base and a successful portfolio of companies. Prior to DIAWS Daniel served in various senior level research and development positions for professional services firms such as Whitman-Hart and Object Space. He provided services and directly contributed to strong customer growth and loyalty for companies such as MCI WorldCom, Emerson, JD Edwards, and many others. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, from the University of Texas at Dallas.


Russell Bowman, CFO

As CFO of Codekko, Russell Bowman brings over 23 years of proven financial management experience in large publicly traded companies, mid-sized privately held companies and venture capital backed high-tech startups. For the past 16 years, he has served in senior management roles such as Controller and CFO, leading and directing the financial functions for companies in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Codekko, Russell served as CFO/Controller - Americas at NTRglobal and CFO/Controller at Playnet where he was responsible for all aspects of Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Audit, Legal and HR. Russell’s accomplishments include helping companies design and implement rapid-growth models, restructure companies to improve profit margins and eliminate excessive debt, and improve business processes to decrease billing cycles, increase cash flow, and improve productivity in key areas of the business. Russell is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Business Management/Finance.


Tim Neavin, Vice President of Engineering

Tim comes to Codekko with over 20 years of experience in software delivery to a broad market ranging from Fortune 500 down to small sized companies. Prior to coming to Codekko, Tim was co-founder of Servare Inc. where he was responsible for managing the business partner relationships and customer solution delivery channel which helped drive increased revenues and customer base. At Technology Enablers, Inc., Tim was CIO/VP where he established the company’s architecture standards for software solutions, assisted Sales efforts through closing and worked with Professional Services to help grow the organization. For Recognition International/Plexus Software, Tim served a number of different roles all related to software life cycle and product delivery. His group was responsible for delivery of the workflow application which helped showcase the company’s newest product line and provided sales with a way to demonstrate the technology.


Sharon Hanger, Vice President of Product Management

As Vice President of Product Management, Sharon brings over 20 years of varied experience in the software and consulting industries to Codekko. Prior to Codekko, Sharon was a Regional Director of Professional Services for Metastorm, Inc. (now Open Text), a Business Process Management and Enterprise Architecture software company, where she was responsible for over 2 million in revenue generation in the Federal Government region. Sharon also served as the Director of Analyst Relations and Market Strategy where she worked closely with Gartner, Forrester and other industry analysts briefing them on Metastorm’s strategy, products and services; and persuading these influential third parties to represent the products in the best possible light (e.g., Magic Quadrants, articles, and research). Sharon also has multiple years of experience as an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, providing consulting services to both Government and Commercial clients. As Director of Product Management for Realuem, Inc. a property management and business integration software company, Sharon was responsible for planning and marketing the Foundation product across all stages of the product lifecycle.
